Optional printable-list emails

If email delivery is available and you request a list, we collect your email address, optional moving date, selected resource, request time, permission record, and email-confirmation status. We use these details to send the requested list, prevent repeated or abusive requests, and understand interest in our resources and readers’ moving timelines.

The email includes the list, a confirmation link, and a link to delete that request from the active list database. Confirming an address does not establish that a moving project is genuine. Requesting a list is not a request for a quote, a booking, or an introduction to a mover.

We do not subscribe you to marketing, schedule moving-date reminders, sell your personal information, or share your details with movers. A separate service or permission would be needed for any such contact. Hosting and email-delivery systems process the request to operate the service.

Storage and deletion

List-request records are stored outside the public website directory. Automated cleanup removes unconfirmed requests older than seven days and confirmed requests older than 90 days when the email service is next accessed. You can delete a request sooner using the link in its email, without waiting for a reply from us. Removing a database record does not remove an email already delivered or copies in hosting backups.

We use temporary security counters derived from email addresses and network addresses to limit abuse. They are cleared after their expiry on a subsequent service request. The email form uses an essential session cookie for form security. Hosting systems may also maintain operational and security logs under their own retention schedules.

Printable worksheets

Notes entered in the estimate worksheet remain in the page. Our worksheet does not send them to us or save them in browser storage. Print or save a PDF before leaving. The optional email delivers a standard list and guide link, not your worksheet entries. Please do not enter payment details, access codes, or other sensitive information.

Direct email and questions

If you email us directly, we receive your message and use it to address your question. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or move-in access information. For privacy questions or a deletion request if your self-service link is unavailable, contact hello@rochestermovingguide.com.
